The Company enriched its talent pool through selective recruitment from prominent management and Engineering institutes. The ensuing Mytrah Leadership Talent Program, is a specific program launched recently to identify budding young, entrepreneurial talent from Management Institutes who will be business leaders of the Company. This recruitment is followed by a planned rotation across all the Company’s functions for a year with the objective to fast-track the individual’s growth towards business roles within the organisation. The planned rotation would enable them to get a well-rounded perspective of the various roles and functions in the organisation, thus preparing for the rigour ahead
as they scale the corporate ladder.
The Managerial Leadership Program was also launched to fast track the junior level managers who exhibited strong managerial traits. The leadership and managerial programs will strengthen the middle and senior levels of the organisation thus preparing the organisation for accelerated growth and people readiness.
